Ⅰ.Application
GGD AC low voltage power distributing cabinet is applicable to power distribution system of AC50Hz, and with a rated operational voltage of 380V, rated operation current to 3150A in power users like generators, transformer substation, and mining enterprises, and it is used in power transformation, distribution and control of driving motor, illumination and power distribution equipment.
Ⅱ.Environmental conditions
1.Ambient air temperature: -15℃~+40℃
Daily average temperature: ≤35℃
When the actual temperature exceed the range, it should be used by reducing the capacity accordingly.
2.Transport and store temperature: -25℃~+55℃. do not exceed +70℃ in short time.
3.Altitude: ≤2000m
4.Relative humidity: ≤50%, when temperature is +40℃ When temperature is low , larger relative humidity is allowed. when it is +20℃, relative humidity can be 90%. Since the temperature change will make out condensation.
5.Installation inclination: ≤5%
6.Applicable in the places without corrosive and flammable gas.

Ⅳ.Features
1)GGD low voltage switchgear can be divided in to receiving cabinet, bus connecting cabinet, feeding cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet and lighting distribution cabinet
2)The cabinet body of GGD is in the form of general cabinet. The cabinet frame is welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and the special supporting parts are supplied by the fixed-point steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
3)There are different numbers of heat sinkholes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
4)Cabinet door is connected with the frame with a rotating shaft type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding part of the door is embedded with a mountain type rubber plastic strip, which can be prevent the door from directly colliding with cabinet body, improve the protection of the product.
5)The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet and the frame are connected with knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.
6)The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The cabinet is equipped with lifting rings on the four corners, used for lifting and shipping.
