The dense bus duct is applicable to the power supply and distribution system of AC three-phase four wire and three-phase five wire system, with frequency of 50 ~ 60Hz, rated voltage of 690V and rated working current of 250 ~ 5000A. As an auxiliary equipment of power supply and distribution equipment in industries, mines, enterprises and high-rise buildings, it is especially suitable for the transformation of workshops and old enterprises.
1、 Structural features
1) Strong heat dissipation capacity
Phase to phase and phase to shell of dense bus duct are close together, so it can bear large electric stress and thermal stress. It can quickly dissipate the heat generated by the conductive row and has large carrying capacity.
The joint is fastened with insulating bolts and connected with double connecting copper bars, which effectively increases the contact area of the joint and greatly reduces the temperature rise at the joint.
2) New generation of environmental protection products
The conducting bar of dense bus duct is wound with flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable sleeve, which has strong insulation performance and no toxic gas emission in case of fire.
3) Flexible wiring
The plug-in interface of dense bus duct is flexible and convenient, and a large number of sockets can be set, which has strong universality. When adjusting the position of electrical equipment, there is no need to change the power supply system.
2、 Enclosed bus duct
Enclosed bus duct (hereinafter referred to as bus duct) is a bus system composed of metal plate (steel plate or aluminum plate) as protective shell, conductive bar, insulating material and relevant accessories. The utility model can be made into a plug-in closed bus duct with a plug-in junction box at intervals, or a feed closed bus duct without a junction box in the middle. In the power supply system of high-rise buildings, the power and lighting lines are often set separately. As the main power supply line, the bus duct is vertically installed one or more times along the wall in the electrical shaft. According to the purpose, one trip bus duct generally consists of starting bus duct, straight bus duct (with Jack and without jack), L-type vertical (horizontal) bend bus, Z-type vertical (horizontal) offset bus, T-type vertical (horizontal) tee bus, X-type vertical (horizontal) four-way bus, variable capacitance bus duct, expansion bus duct, terminal head, terminal junction box, plug-in box The bus duct is composed of relevant accessories and fastening devices. According to the insulation mode, the bus duct can be divided into air plug-in bus duct, dense insulation plug-in bus duct and high-strength plug-in bus duct.
3、 High strength enclosed bus duct (CFW)
The manufacturing process is not limited by plates. The shell is made into tile groove to increase the mechanical strength of the bus. The horizontal section of the bus can be produced to 13m long. Because the shell is made into tile trench, the pit trench position deliberately separates and fixes the bus, there is a spacing of 18mm between the buses, and the ventilation between the lines is good, so that the moisture-proof and heat dissipation functions of the bus duct are significantly improved, which is more suitable for the climate in the South; Because there is a certain gap between the wires, the temperature rise of the wire decreases, which improves the overload capacity and reduces the magnetic oscillation noise. However, its stray current and inductive reactance are much larger than that of dense bus duct. Therefore, when compared with the same specification, its conductive bar section must be larger than that of dense insulated plug-in bus duct.
4、 Air plug bus duct (BMC)
Because the joints between busbars are soft connected with copper sheets, oxidation is easy to occur between the joints in the humid weather in the south, resulting in poor contact between the joint and the bus, making the contact easy to heat, so it is rarely used in the south. Moreover, the volume between joints is too large, the size of horizontal bus section is inconsistent, and the appearance is not beautiful enough.
5、 Dense insulated plug-in bus duct (CMC)
Its moisture-proof and heat dissipation effect is poor. In terms of moisture-proof, the bus is easy to be affected by moisture and water seepage during construction, resulting in the decrease of interphase insulation resistance. The heat dissipation of the bus mainly depends on the shell. Due to the compact arrangement and installation between lines, the heat energy of L2 and L3 phases dissipates slowly, resulting in the high temperature rise of the bus duct. The dense insulated plug-in bus duct is limited by the shell plate, and can only produce horizontal sections not greater than 3m. Due to the small air gap between the phases of the bus, when the bus passes through a large current, it will produce strong electric power, which will form a superposition state of magnetic oscillation frequency and cause excessive noise. Plug in bus duct is a trunk system, which has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, reliable operation, large transmission current, easy tap feeding, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption and good dynamic and thermal stability. It is widely used in high-rise buildings.
